The Ingredients Matter

Every ingredient has a job. Here are a few of the things that give our sauces their flavor.

Tomato Sauce

Tomato sauce gives the sauce a cleaner, less processed base, letting us build the flavor ourselves instead of starting with ketchup’s added sugar, spices, and preservatives.

Brown Sugar

Brown sugar adds a warm, balanced sweetness with a light molasses note, giving the sauce depth without the heavier, more bitter edge of straight molasses.

(Allulose gives sugar-free sauce a real sugar-like sweetness with less aftertaste, helping keep the flavor balanced without the syrupy heaviness of traditional sweeteners.)

Distilled Vinegar

Distilled vinegar brings the bite without dragging other flavors into the fight. Clean acid, sharper flavor, no distractions.

Liquid Smoke

Adds a slow-smoked depth that rounds out the sauce and gives it a backyard BBQ flavor without needing heavy sugar or fillers.

All The Bones FAQ

Get answers to your questions about our Original BBQ Sauce.

How long does the 12 oz bottle last?

One 12 oz bottle usually covers about 2 to 3 racks of ribs, 12 to 16 burgers, or a tray of wings, depending on how hard you sauce it.

Can I use this as a marinade?

Yes! Thin the sauce with a splash of distilled vinegar, water, or broth until it coats easily. Cover the meat, let it rest for 30 minutes to 2 hours, then cook as usual. Brush on fresh sauce near the end for a thicker, bolder finish.

.

Does this sauce have high fructose corn syrup?

We do not use high fructose corn syrup. Our sauces are built with real sweetness from ingredients like brown sugar or allulose, depending on the recipe, so the flavor stays balanced without relying on HFCS.

What's the best time to apply the sauce?

Apply during the last 15-20 minutes of grilling for best results. This lets the sauce set, thicken, and build flavor without burning the sugars. For extra punch, brush on another layer right before serving.
