Ma' The Meatloaf!

About the Recipe

You want meatloaf? You got Meatloaf. This loaf of delight will tantalize your tastebuds. The flavors really pair well with the sauces and the combination of lean meats and fatty sausage really amplifies the taste.

Ingredients

1lb ground sausage (Italian or breakfast)


1lb ground turkey breast


1lb ground beef (93-7 fat content)


2 large eggs


6 saltine crackers


2 oz Bare Bones all-purpose seasoning

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees


With hands, loosely combine meats and eggs (do not overmix)


Add Bare Bones All Purpose seasoning and saltine crackers


Smash together with fingers until combined but not homogenous (should still be able to see different kinds of meat)


Separate into two portions


Shape each portion into a loaf by either placing into a loaf pan or forming on a sheet pan.


Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees


Remove from oven and heat oven to 425 degrees


Slather the meatloaf in Original BBQ, or Spices and Herbs BBQ


Once oven is hot, place meatloaf back in the oven to cook the BBQ glaze for an additional 15 minutes


Remove from oven, let rest 10 minutes, slice and serve with favorite sides
